Every item shows its price
You see the number before you contact anyone. The price a seller sets is the price a buyer pays — no back-and-forth to find out what something costs.
Sourced in the US · Shipped worldwide
MedEquipExchange is a marketplace where vetted American seller companies list used, refurbished, and surplus medical equipment at fixed prices — sourced in the United States, shipped to buyers worldwide.
The premise
You see the number before you contact anyone. The price a seller sets is the price a buyer pays — no back-and-forth to find out what something costs.
Every company selling here is a real business with real inventory, vetted and accepted into the network before a single item goes live. Listing is by approval, not by signup.
Every seller is a US company, which is the point — American surplus is what buyers abroad cannot source at home. Equipment ships domestically and internationally, and where a seller sits does not limit who can buy from them.
What trades here
Quality used, refurbished, and surplus equipment released by dealers, health systems, practices, and finance companies — the categories that hold their usefulness well past a single owner.
Surgical and operating room equipment. Diagnostic imaging and ultrasound. Sterile processing. Patient monitoring. Anesthesia and respiratory. Examination and procedure furniture. Aesthetic and laser platforms. Dental operatory equipment. Ophthalmic lane equipment. Laboratory instruments. Rehabilitation and mobility. Veterinary practice equipment.

Before you buy
Buying guides for the equipment families that carry the most expensive surprises, and reference pages for twenty-one specific models — what varies between two units that look identical in a photograph, what fails with age, and what to confirm in writing before you commit.
Why the transducers matter more than the console, how to inspect a probe from a photograph, and which packages are licensed rather than included.
Image intensifier against flat panel, tube hours, licensed software packages, and the state radiation registration that applies to X-ray producing equipment.
Accessory completeness, actuator travel under load, sectional tops and radiolucent spans — the things a photograph will not tell you.
For buyers
Surgery centers, clinics, imaging centers, veterinary hospitals, training programs, importers and resellers — in the United States and across Latin America, Africa and beyond.
For sellers
Equipment dealers, refurbishers, health system surplus programs, and companies handling practice wind-downs and lease returns.
Where things stand
Listings are not open yet. A limited group of seller companies is being reviewed and approved ahead of launch — and buyers can already tell us what they need rather than waiting for a catalog page to appear.
Listings are not open yet, but the approved seller network is being assembled now and already covers a wide range of equipment. Send us what you need — category, model, condition, budget, timeframe — and we will go and look for it. A person replies within one business day.
The initial network is deliberately small. If your company handles used or surplus medical equipment and can describe and ship it well, we want to talk.
