The Hologic Selenia Dimensions is a digital mammography system with tomosynthesis capability — a fixed, installed imaging system used in breast imaging centers, hospital radiology departments and women's health practices. It is not portable equipment and it is not a straightforward purchase, and both facts should shape how you approach one on the used market.
Before the equipment questions, the regulatory ones
Mammography is the most heavily regulated imaging modality in the United States, and buying a used system involves obligations that do not attach to a C-arm or an ultrasound.
Accreditation and certification follow the facility, not the machine. A system that was accredited at its previous site does not arrive accredited at yours. Confirm with your accrediting body and your state what is required for the specific unit, at your address, before you commit to buying it. Plan for the survey and testing that will be required after installation.

Known failure points
Detector degradation. The dominant cost by a wide margin. Ask for detector history, any replacement records, and recent quality control data.
Compression mechanics. High-cycle components. Confirm smooth, accurate operation through the full range.
Software licensing. Tomosynthesis and advanced options are licensed. A system described as "tomo capable" may be a unit whose model line supports it.
Installation cost. De-installation at origin, transport, rigging, site preparation and installation at destination can be a substantial addition to the purchase itself. Get all of it quoted before you agree to anything.
